X-Particles

X-Particles is the industry-standard particle and VFX system for Cinema 4D. Built for artists and technical directors alike, it delivers a complete simulation toolkit: from simple particle effects through to large-scale fire, smoke, fluids and crowd simulations.
What X-Particles can do
Section titled “What X-Particles can do”X-Particles is built around the xpEmitter, the core object from which particles are born. Emitters feed into a flexible system of modifiers, questions, actions and dynamic solvers that give you precise control over every particle in your scene.
- Particles & fluids: emit, collide and simulate millions of particles with sub-frame accuracy
- Fire & smoke: drive xpExplosiaFX volumetric simulations directly from particle data
- Rigid & soft bodies: full dynamics integration including cloth via xpClothFX
- Splines & geometry: trail, stick and grow particles along surfaces or splines
- Rendering: dedicated materials, shaders and render settings for every major renderer
