tfAdjustment
tfAdjustment offsets and/or scales a height field along the Y-axis.
This can be used to make global adjustments to the deformation of complex terrain hierarchies.

Terrains as a child of tfAdjustment with Gain settings of 100% and 150% respectively.
Properties
Section titled “Properties”This adjusts the terrain deformation on a global level.
At 100% gain, the terrain will look no different.

Gain set at 100% on both terrains.

Gain set at 50% on the right.

Gain set at 150% on the right terrain.
Offset
Section titled “Offset”This will move the whole terrain up or down (on the Y-axis), without changing the scale of the values.

In this image, the right-hand terrain is offset at -100cm, lowering it on the Y-axis.

Here, the right-hand terrain is offset at 100cm, raising it.
Relative Offset
Section titled “Relative Offset”By default, Offset works in ‘world’ units.
Enable this option to work in relation to the terrain’s overall altitude range.
